Refund Policy

Purchases are final
Quilt has an interactive demo on quiltmac.com that shows how it arranges windows, so you can see what you are buying before you pay. Because of that, purchases are final.
When we will refund you
- Quilt cannot run on your Mac. If Quilt does not work on your Mac at all and we cannot fix it, we refund you in full.
- You were charged twice, or by mistake. We refund the extra or mistaken charge, whenever you notice it.
How to ask
Write to support@quiltmac.com from the email address you bought Quilt with, and include your order number or license key (both are in the receipt from Dodo Payments). If something is not working, tell us what you see: most problems can be fixed.
What happens next
- We refund the amount, including any tax that was charged, through Dodo Payments, which sold you the license. The money goes back to the card or account you paid with.
- Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show a refund.
- Your license key is turned off. Quilt notices at its next weekly check and stops arranging windows. You can then delete it.
Your legal rights
Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer protection law where you live, including any right to cancel a purchase.
